What happens after I select a package?
You submit a consultation request and our team contacts you within 24 hours to discuss your event and confirm your package. No payment is taken until you are ready to proceed.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time before your event. Any price difference is invoiced separately. Downgrades are not available within 30 days of the event.
What if I have more guests than my package allows?
Simply submit a change request from your dashboard. Our team will assess and advise — in many cases we can accommodate additional guests for a supplementary fee.
Do you serve events outside Ghana?
Currently Concierly operates in Accra, Ghana. We are expanding to Lagos and London — contact us to discuss events in these locations.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes — completely free, no obligation. We simply want to understand your event before recommending anything.
